Getting started

Quotes & collections

How do I get a quote?

Send us a list of your equipment, photos or a short video by email or WhatsApp, or book a site visit. We will come back to you with a quote within 24 hours.

Do we need to bring equipment to you?

No. Our trained, DBS-checked staff collect from anywhere in your building, so the equipment stays in our care from your premises to its final destination.

Do you cover our area?

We are based in Wallington, Surrey, and work nationwide and across Europe.

Is there a minimum quantity?

We handle everything from a few laptops to a full data centre. Get in touch with what you have and we will advise.

Security

Data destruction

How is our data destroyed?

Data is securely destroyed to a level that suits the device, its condition and how sensitive the data is. We agree the right level with you, and certificates are provided.

Do you handle SSDs as well as hard drives?

Yes. Our service covers both HDDs and SSDs from laptops, desktops and servers.

What documentation will we receive?

A data destruction certificate for your data-bearing devices, plus a serialised audit report where applicable.

Costs

Pricing & value

How much does it cost?

Every quote reflects your equipment and requirements. Equipment with remaining value is resold, so many clients clear their redundant IT at little or no cost.

Will you buy our old equipment?

Often, yes. Working laptops, desktops, servers and networking equipment can usually be refurbished and resold, and that value is returned to you.

Compliance

Licences & the environment

Are you licensed and accredited?

Yes. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified and hold a Waste Carriers Licence. We also work in partnership with AATF-approved and T11-exempt facilities, so every stage of the process is fully licensed.

What happens to equipment that can't be reused?

It is recycled under the WEEE Directive through our licensed partners. We aim to reuse or recycle up to 90% of what we collect, with nothing sent to landfill.

Can you provide references?

Yes. References from our public sector and commercial clients are available on request.
