A fully licensed chain, from collection to recycling
We work in partnership with fully accredited facilities, so every stage of treatment, refurbishment and recycling is properly licensed.
AATF-approved partners
Our recycling partners are Approved Authorised Treatment Facilities, approved to treat waste electrical and electronic equipment under the UK WEEE Regulations.
T11-exempt partners
We work with facilities holding the T11 waste exemption for the repair and refurbishment of electrical equipment, so working IT can go back into use rather than being recycled.
Your obligations
Why documentation matters
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, your organisation remains responsible for personal data until it is destroyed, even after the equipment leaves your premises. Under the WEEE Regulations, electrical waste must be handled by licensed carriers and treatment facilities.
Our paperwork is designed to cover both, giving you evidence that data was destroyed and that equipment was disposed of legally.
